Every payload is signed with a shared secret (HMAC-SHA256) and verified with constant-time comparison — tamper-proof, replay-aware, sender-authenticated.
We acknowledge quickly and process asynchronously. Deliveries are idempotent and de-duplicated, so retries never create double bookings or duplicate notifications.
Guest and chauffeur reach each other through a relayed line (Twilio voice & SMS) — neither party ever sees the other's real number. Privacy is enforced by design.
Authenticated SMTP delivery with branded templates. Confirmations, tracking links and the compliant invoice are generated and attached automatically — no manual step.
Each completed ride yields a Factur-X EN16931 invoice, generated inline and ready for the French e-invoicing mandate — delivered to your flow with zero extra work.
Live tracking is exposed through signed, expiring links — your guests follow the chauffeur in real time, with no login and no exposure of internal identifiers.
Every stage of a ride records a timestamped GPS point, building a verifiable mission trail — from assignment to completion, including start & end-of-ride photo proof.
