This is why, at Driver and Butler, we prioritize passenger safety by carefully selecting our drivers.
Each new driver is required to provide a series of documents (certificate of incorporation, full VTC license, vehicle insurance and papers, driver’s license) to demonstrate their reliability and stability. Once the documents are reviewed and validated, each selected driver undergoes an intensive interview with our uncompromising president, for whom your safety is an absolute priority.
Additionally, our internal system allows us to track your ride in real-time and verify that the driver assigned to you is indeed the one who is driving. Our transparency regarding vehicle details such as model, color, and license plate also allows you to confirm that the driver is correct, reducing the risk of identity theft.
Finally, any driver with even a suspicion of past aggression will have their application automatically rejected. The same applies to any incidents that might occur during our collaboration; the driver would be banned from our services, and authorities would be alerted.
