  • A race is a direct journey from point A to point B without stops.
  • A day trip is a full-day excursion, departing in the morning and returning in the evening, with several stops along the way depending on the itinerary. It can be a one-way trip from A to B or a round trip starting and ending at point A.
  • A speed trip is a blend of a race and a day trip. It involves traveling from A to B with 2 to 3 stops of 45 to 60 minutes each along the route.

You can book a Tour through our website or a race through the dispatch, or in the event of difficulties by contacting our customer support team directly via email.

We primarily serve major cities and popular destinations as Nantes, Bordeaux, Brest, Quimper, Rennes, Biarritz, La Rochelle… Check our website or contact us via email for specific locations.

You can cancel for free up to 6 hours before the departure of your race, except for tours. For tours, cancellation fees will apply.

For a race:

  • Up to 6 hours before departure, we credit your client account with the full fare amount; 
  • After 6 hours before departure, no refunds are possible.

For a tour:

  • Before 48 hours before departure : cancellation fees are 15%;
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours  : cancellation fees are 50%;
  • Less than 24 hours before the driver’s scheduled arrival : no refund is possible.

To modify  or cancel your reservation, go to your account and check your reservation. Contact our customer support team if you are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please note that changes or cancellations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
