Operational Charter

Art. 1 — DRESS CODE : Dark suit, white shirt, and tie are mandatory for all missions.

Art. 2 — PUNCTUALITY : Arrival 15 min prior to scheduled pickup. Any delay must be reported immediately via the driver app.

Art. 3 — PROTOCOL : Systematic door opening, luggage assistance, and silent ride unless the passenger initiates conversation.

Art. 4 — VEHICLE : Vehicle must be clean, in perfect condition, and validated by Driver & Butler before any assignment.

Art. 5 — DOCUMENTS : All documents must remain valid. An expired document suspends your access immediately.

Art. 6 — NO-SHOW PENALTY : Any unjustified no-show is subject to a penalty of 175% of the ride fare, invoiced within 48 h.

Art. 7 — COMPLIANCE : Full compliance with all applicable VTC regulations and Driver & Butler operational standards is mandatory.
